What inspires you to teach fitness or yoga and how did you get started?
It all began when I started volunteering my local YMCA's fitness center and I fell in love with teaching others how to workout.
Favorite classes to teach/specialty:
My favorite class to teach is HITT.
Favorite exercise or pose:
My favorite exercise is a handstand push up (it is easier then is sounds!)
Favorite healthy snack:
My favorite healthy snack is anything that is high in protein like a protein shake and its perfect for on the go!
Favorite cheat food:
My favorite cheat food are donuts (especially from union square donuts). I allow myself to have donuts once a month (shhhh)
Favorite fitness product:
Its really hard to just pick one but if I had to it would be a kettlebell.
What are your interests and passions when not teaching fitness/yoga?
I love to discover new places with family and friends.
What are your hopes for your class participants?
I hope that my class participants learn something new about fitness.
What is unique or special about teaching in a workplace environment?
Watching co workers bond with each other during my class is the best part about teaching in a workplace environment!
