WELLNESS PROGRAMS AND CLASSES
The Active Workplace offers many different types of fitness classes depending on each client's needs. All of our classes are taught by nationally certified trainers and group exercise instructors.
CORPORATE FITNESS CHALLENGE
The Fitness Challenge is the perfect way to build the hype needed for a successful wellness program! The Challenge combines fitness and nutrition goals with friendly competition & camaraderie. On-site fitness classes, check-ins and team challenges keep participants motivated throughout the program- guaranteeing participants to see RESULTS!
Participants of all levels will benefit from this class. Clear instruction is given in breathing technique, warm up and posture flow. New participants will develop body awareness, posture alignment and core strength in basic poses, while experienced students are encouraged to explore advanced variations in familiar postures.
BOOTCAMP/TOTAL BODY BLAST
One of our most popular classes! Instructors use circuit and interval training to combine weight lifting, cardio and core work. Each class is slightly different making sure that participants are constantly challenging their minds and bodies while keeping it fun. Equipment is not necessary, but absolutely used if available.
Spinning offers a highly effective, fun way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Designed for all levels, this class will guarantee to get your heart pumping, burn lots of calories and leave you with increased energy and sense of accomplishment.
Focus on body alignment and a strong core to improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance in the entire body.
The Active Workplace offers client-centered personal training to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you are trying to gain muscle, lose weight, work around an injury or get in shape for a special occasion or sport, our trainers will provide a fully customized workout plan with the most effective exercises for your needs.
ONLINE FITNESS CHALLENGE
The Active Workplace instructors have put together high intensity workouts videos for participants to follow along to on their own. The unique structure of earning points for doing the workouts, checking in with their trainer and having the motivation of others is a recipe for success! This option is fantastic for companies with limited space, budget, or scheduling issues.
Our Zumba instructors teach this latin dance based aerobics class for all levels.
