Massachusetts Wellness Tax Credit
Massachusetts businesses that employ 200 or fewer workers may qualify for a tax credit (and notice that is a CREDIT, not a deduction) for up to 25% of the cost of implementing a certified wellness program for their employees. The maximum credit a business can apply for is $10,000 per year. Wow.
