Let The Active Workplace help you to relieve some stress and stay active at home! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and no equipment is required.

Total Body Strength w/ Stephanie| 12:30 pm - 1 pm ET. |Add to calendar Join via Microsoft Teams

This class incorporates using resistance to build strength, tone and define muscles and will leave you feeling worked!

Equipment: Light to medium dumbbells, resistance bands, or resistance tubes

Stretch & Meditation w/ Lisa| 5:00- 5:30pm ET.|Add to Calendar | Join via Microsoft Teams

This class consists of 15 minutes of slow and restorative stretching followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation aimed to calm the mind and leave you feeling refreshed and energized!

Yoga w/ Janna | 9:00am - 9:30am ET.|Add to Calendar  | Join via Microsoft Teams

In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen promote in the body. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

Optional Equipment: yoga blocks or household alternative, towel, blanket, pillow


Yoga Wind Down w/Paula| 5:00pm - 5:30pm ET.|Add to Calendar  |  Join via Microsoft Teams

Each week we'll focus on various aspects of corporate wellness.  You can expect some restorative classes, reiki, stretching, yoga, meditation, and tips and tricks to maintain balance in the workplace.  Each we will have a different offering so be sure to check it out!

Desk Stretches and Deep Breathing w/ Lisa|12:00 - 12:30 pm ET.|Add to Calendar |  Join via Microsoft Teams

Join Lisa for a total body stretch routine using your office setup! This class will focus on releasing muscle tightness and tension and improving posture! End class with some deep breathing for additional stress reduction. Recommended equipment: chair

Bootcamp w/ Lewis| 3pm - 4pm ET.|Add to Calendar Join via Microsoft Teams

your body. Get ready to work up a sweat, burn lots of calories and go back to work energized! Classes are for ALL levels. Modifications will be provided for beginners as well as options for more advanced participants.

 Mindful Morning Yoga w/ Megan 9:30 - 10 am ET|Add to Calendar Join via Microsoft Teams

Start your day off right with this full body awakening and energizing class! We will stretch and awaken the body with a gentle warming yoga flow and awaken the mind with some breath work and meditation. This class will get your day off to a great start!

Yoga Core w/ Stephanie |12:00 - 12:30pm ET|Add to Calendar | Join via Microsoft Teams

We will work the largest muscle groups in this class creating a big metabolic burn!  Strengthening the quads, hamstrings and glutes - with an emphasis on good form to engage the core.

Optional Equipment: Light to heavy dumbbells, bands/mini bands

Join The Active Workplace as they guide you through an all levels class that will include exercises designed to improve strength, stability and posture.  The class will end with some light stretching for optimal recovery.


Yoga w/ Freddie | 12-12:30 pm ET|Add to Calendar | Join via Microsoft Teams

Join The Active Workplace as they take you a yoga flow designed to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.  Full body relaxation and balance are the goals!  All levels are welcome to join.  Modifications will be provided for beginners and more advanced participants.
