HIIT Fitness Class (NEW)

Get ready to sweat and feel strong in our All-Levels HIIT Fitness Class. This high-energy workout combines short bursts of intense exercise with quick recovery periods, helping you burn calories, build strength, and boost endurance. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you're a seasoned pro, this class is designed to challenge and inspire everyone. Join us and take your fitness to the next level!
Mobility, Core & Restore
Thursdays from Noon - 1:00 PM (gym)
A well-rounded practice to build strength, mobility, and calm. We’ll start with full-body joint rotations to improve mobility and support healthy movement, followed by strength work at end-ranges and core exercises that move the spine in all directions. Expect balance challenges to sharpen focus and stability, then finish with long, restorative stretches to release tension, improve flexibility, and settle the nervous system. Perfect for anyone looking to move with ease, build resilience, and recharge. All Levels welcome.

Lynnith
Hil
Lynnith is a mover, musician, and lifelong educator who loves helping people feel good in their bodies. She blends playful exploration with mindful, anatomy-based movement to help students build longevity and trust in their bodies. With 20+ years of teaching experience and ongoing advanced training, she’s passionate about making movement joyful, accessible, and sustainable for everyone. Her objective is to empower students with tools to move well and feel strong - consciously cultivating both health and happiness from within.

Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn is a seasoned health and wellness coach with over eight years of experience in the industry. She is the Founder and CEO of FIFTH Wellness, leading initiatives that promote and support wellness and fitness globally.
Kaitlyn holds certifications in personal training, life coaching, and nutrition from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and she is also a certified yoga, barre, and spin instructor.
