The Active Workplace x 101 South Street are excited to offer tenants on-site yoga and fitness classes!

 

Classes are for ALL levels

A limited number of yoga mats, blocks, and straps will be available on a first come, first serve basis

Class Schedule

Tuesdays from Noon - 1:00 PM (gym)

Total Body Blast (New class!)

Thursdays from 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM (gym)

Community Yoga

Saturdays from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM Conference Room

Hil

Lynnith is a mover, musician, and teacher of teachers. She has taught yoga, mobility, breathwork, and inversions to yoga-teachers-in-training as well as beginners. Her personal movement history includes yoga, crossfit, primal movement, partner acrobatics, hand-balancing, capoeira, adult ballet, and pole. Her objective is to empower people to learn to feel good in their own bodies; consciously cultivating health and happiness from within.

Hil

Erin is a movement specialist with extensive experience and training in fitness and yoga. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, is a certified personal trainer, and is currently a Physical Therapy student. Erin loves creating the energy and empowering participants in her classes.
