Meet Your Instructors
Lynnith is a mover, musician, and teacher of teachers. She has taught yoga, mobility, breathwork, and inversions to yoga-teachers-in-training as well as beginners. Her personal movement history includes yoga, crossfit, primal movement, partner acrobatics, hand-balancing, capoeira, adult ballet, and pole. Her objective is to empower people to learn to feel good in their own bodies; consciously cultivating health and happiness from within.
Erin is a movement specialist with extensive experience and training in fitness and yoga. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, is a certified personal trainer, and is currently a Physical Therapy student. Erin loves creating the energy and empowering participants in her classes.
