The Active Workplace LIVE!! At Home Series   

Let The Active Workplace help you to relieve some stress and stay active at home! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and no equipment is required. 

We record our live classes and upload them to this page for you to access at any time, 24/7.  Enjoy!

This class incorporates using resistance to build strength, tone and define muscles and will leave you feeling worked!

Optional Equipment: Light to medium dumbbells, resistance bands, or resistance tubes

End of Day Refresh w/Lisa| 5:00 pm- 5:30 pm ET. |Add to Calendar  |  Join via Microsoft Teams

A restorative session to help you transition from your workday.  This class will feature light stretching, gentle movement, and a short guided meditation to calm your mind, release tension, and leave you feeling centered and refreshed.

Yoga w/ Janna| 9:00 am - 9:30 am ET.|Add to Calendar  |  Join via Microsoft Teams

This class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen promote in the body. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

 

HITT Bootcamp w/Megan 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm ET.|Add to Calendar  |  Join via Microsoft Teams

This HIIT Bootcamp class will include cardio conditioning work along with strength training, creating a balanced workout that leaves you feeling stronger and more energized.

This class will include extra strength work using body weight as well as light dumb bells!

 Mindful Morning Yoga w/ Megan 9:30 - 10:00 am ET|Add to Calendar  | Join via Microsoft Teams

Start your day off right with this full body awakening and energizing class! We will stretch and awaken the body with a gentle warming yoga flow and awaken the mind with some breath work and meditation. This class will get your day off to a great start!

Plyoga w/ Stephanie|12:00 - 12:30pm ET |Add to Calendar  | Join via Microsoft Teams

We will work the largest muscle groups in this class creating a big metabolic burn!  Strengthening the quads, hamstrings and glutes - with an emphasis on good form to engage the core.

Join The Active Workplace as they guide you through an all levels class that will include exercises designed to improve strength, stability and posture.  The class will end with some light stretching for optimal recovery.
