The Active Workplace is excited to have partnered with Wonder to offer its employees on-site chair massage, yoga and fitness classes!

Total Body Conditioning Class: Mondays from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM 

Yoga: Thursdays from 8:45 AM - 9:45 AM 

 

Classes will be held in the gym with no more than 8 participants for each class.  Please register below to reserve your spot!

Meet Your Instructors

Donald

Don Blanford is an ACE-certified fitness professional with 20 years of training experience.

His career began with the Dept of NYC Park and Recreation in 2008 as an Aerobic Instructor, teaching classes all across NYC's 5 Boroughs.

Later, he would teach at other community-based organizations, such as Lenox Hill Neighborhood House and St. Peter's Church, as well as corporate organizations, such as CitiCorp and Jet Blue.

Don offers a variety of group fitness classes, including Boot Camp, HIIT, Total Body workouts, TRX training, and Cardio Dance.
He specializes in training older adults through the SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) program.

As the owner of DonOmite Fitness NYC, Don empowers clients through proper form, cardiorespiratory conditioning, flexibility, and strength training.

He loves working full-time in this vibrant city, where he has the privilege of helping a diverse array of clients on their fitness journeys.

Vanita is  a dedicated and passionate yoga and fitness instructor with 20 years of experience guiding individuals towards better physical and mental health. She combines mindfulness and strength-building techniques to create balanced and personalized training programs. Through dynamic yoga sequences or high-energy fitness routines, Vanita inspires students to achieve their fitness goals while cultivating inner peace and well-being. She believes in the transformative power of movement and works to make fitness and yoga accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable for everyone.
