Since 1979, Ann Marie has been a pioneering force in weight training, particularly for women and seniors. Witnessing the remarkable benefits of weight training over traditional aerobic exercises, her passion for this discipline was ignited. Under the mentorship of her father, Joe Diodati, an esteemed personal trainer and trailblazer, Ann Marie developed the skills to guide others on their fitness journeys.
In 1991, Joe Diodati's groundbreaking invention, the Diodatics, revolutionized weight training with ergonomically designed kettlebells. Equipped with these innovative tools, Ann Marie embarked on a mission to educate and empower people of all ages and fitness levels to embrace weight training as an integral part of their fitness routines.
Ann Marie's Diodatics Workouts are dynamic, enjoyable classes set to energizing music. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, these workouts effectively strengthen, tone, burn fat, and improve overall health. Embracing a "work out smart, not hard" philosophy, Ann Marie emphasizes the importance of efficient exercise techniques for optimal results.

Lorey is certified by the Yoga Room in Berkeley for Meditation, Yoga, Prenatal & Restorative (Yin) and by Svastha Yoga & Ayurveda for Yoga therapy. She studied in India under TKV Desikachar, Swami Swam, Swami Rama, and Dalai Lama. She teaches in the styles of Iyengar, Chair yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Flow, Slow Flow and Ashtanga Yoga.
