Maija is a personal trainer and registered dietitian who grew up on Boston’s north shore. She has also completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training. Maija’s training style incorporates high intensity circuits and heavy weightlifting with a focus on mobility and movement quality. Her hobbies include "glamping," houseplants, and her freshwater aquarium!

After spending many years in a finance career, in 2016, Susan decided to 

pursue her lifelong passion for fitness and became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. In addition, she has since continued expanding her knowledge through specialized programs and is now a Senior Fitness Specialist, a ReVO2lution Running Coach, and a Girls Gone Strong Coach. Susan consistently follows her own strength training regimen and understands from her own experience the benefits of an active life-style. She is also an avid runner and has participated in many races throughout the country including completing the Boston Marathon.

Currently, Susan teaches both in person and virtual classes, and offers one on one training sessions throughout the Boston area. She offers modifications to accommodate every participant. Susan
 wants everyone, from the absolute beginner to the fitness fanatic, to feel welcome in her classes. Her philosophy is that workouts can be enjoyable as well as effective.
