Meet Your Instructors

Angie
Angie Hall is a Yoga Alliance registered E-RYT 200, American Red Cross
certified lifeguard, and Paddle Fit/SUP Yoga certified teacher.
As a former Junior Olympic gymnast, Angie has always been passionate about fitness. She became a personal trainer in 2006 and a certified Yoga Instructor in 2010. Her classes are charged with her positive energy and uplifting spirit. As an instructor, her goal is to unite individuals from all walks of life, as we are all reminded of the love, respect, and gratitude we have for each other, Mother Nature, and ourselves. Angie provides a safe and fun environment for her students to have the best experience in her classes.

Crystal
Crystal Dalton is a trauma-informed yoga instructor as well as the
Co-Founder + Director of The Healing Cottage, a social justice oriented holistic healing
+ community space located in Middletown, DE. She has been a yoga practitioner for over 20 years and teacher since 2020.
While certified to teach a variety of yoga styles, Crystal prefers a gentle, restorative approach. This includes stretching and holding poses longer in order to turn inward and deepen the connection to body and breath. Her approach provides a relaxing environment through incorporating a variety of holistic healing modalities. A session with Crystal may include breath work, guided meditation, and mindfulness techniques. She understands that life can be hectic and filled with myriad emotions and obligations that disconnect us from taking care of ourselves, which is why a yoga session with Crystal is an opportunity to be cared for and supported.

Christina
Christina Clark completed a 200-hour Vinyasa Flow training with Truly Yoga. She remains a perpetual student, deeply appreciative of the wisdom generously shared by my teachers.
In Christina’s classes, she strives to create a sanctuary of freedom and relaxation by harmonizing breath and body, guiding our minds toward serenity. Her purpose is to support others in nurturing their body, mind, and soul through yoga. She hopes that when you step off the mat, you feel rejuvenated, nourished, and balanced.
