Jalynne "Jay" Christine Messer

Jalynne (but you can call her Jay) is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher who received her 200 hour certification with Sacred Paths Yoga in April 2021. Jay found her love for yoga in the year of 2019 as a tool for anxiety, depression and PTSD release. Learning to incorporate different breathing and meditation techniques into her yoga practice completely changed her life for the better. Jay believes yoga is not just a form of relaxation, but also a beneficial exercise for improving and elevating physical health.
Strength Training Yoga with Jay Christine is a Power Vinyasa type flow focused on strengthening both your body & mind! While traditional strength training is excellent for improving muscle mass and tone, this yoga class provides a unique alternative that offers many of the same benefits. Jay’s class helps increase flexibility, improve posture, tone muscles, and relieve stress while strengthening mental clarity. The body is only stiff when the mind is stiff.
