CGM On-site Wellness

The Active Workplace is excited to have partnered with CGM to offer employees on-site yoga classes!


Give yourself some time to breathe, relax, gain strength and flexibility!  Join The Active Workplace yoga instructors as they take you through a vinyasa flow on the last Thursday of every month. These classes are for ALL levels. Modifications will be provided for beginners as well as options for more advanced yogis. Please bring your own yoga mat to class!

Sara Paige (Phoenix)

Sara has been teaching Yoga since 2005, and has trained in Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga SportFX, Barre Above, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Jason Crandell Yoga Method, and Katherine Roberts Human Performance for Athletes. Her main goal is to help approach yoga with modifications, variations, and challenge opportunities so students can build on their individual practice. 

Sandi Rubin (Owings Mills)

Sandi loves to share her passion for wellness with others. She began her journey in wellness as a Personal Trainer in 2003 and then found Yoga to help keep her mind still and her body healthy. During times of injury or illness it was always yoga and quieting the mind that helped her heal. Wanting to share this practice with others, she enrolled into a 200-hour yoga teacher training program at Yama Therapeutics in Baltimore, Maryland. After completion she began teaching yoga classes right away and found that she continued to learn from her students.
Thirsty for more knowledge of Yoga and Reiki she embarked on a 500-hour yoga teacher training and Reiki Master program at the University of Maryland Center of Integrative Medicine which she completed in February of 2016. She teaches in the northwest suburbs of Baltimore, MD. She welcomes all levels of students and loves to share the value of self-care as we all navigate through the landscape of our lives.
