The Active Workplace is excited to have partnered with 65 Hayden Ave to offer its tenants on-site yoga, fitness classes and personal training! 

 

Classes are for ALL levels.  Modifications will be provided for beginners as well as options for more advanced athletes.  Sign up for each class by clicking the "register" button on the schedule below!

Meet Your Instructors

Emily Boe Lee

Emily is a Yoga Alliance-registered yoga teacher with a passion for helping people reach their fullest potential through yoga. She has trained specifically in the Kripalu tradition, which has focus on breathwork, body awareness, and muscular restoration.
 

She is passionate about yoga as a tool for stress management and mental clarity.  Emily is a proponent of yoga for everyone, regardless of their background or fitness goals. From vinyasa flow to restorative, she is a believer that yoga can be a powerful supplement to any training routine.


Emily is an RYT-200 certified trainer.  Aside from the fitness world, Emily is also a professional photographer and polar
expedition guide.

Erika Tsipouras 

Erika Tsipouras, ACE Certified Personal & Group Trainer. Grew up in Newton, MA and now resides in Waltham, MA with her fiance. Erika used to own and operate her family business, but sold it when she realized her true passion was fitness and inspiring others to lead healthier lives. Erika likes to make workouts fun and enjoyable, while pushing her clients through their plateau's. She is an open book so please don't hesitate to ask any her questions.

Melanie Greenlee (offering personal training and small group ex)

Melanie is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Corrective Exercise.  She enjoys working with every type of client of all ages.  She has a special passion for those new to exercise, those with injuries or limitations, and women who are needing to lose a significant amount of weight.  Melanie decided to dedicate her life to health and fitness after undergoing a transformation of her own, nearly seven years ago.  On her personal fitness journey, she lost 70 pounds and realized her love for fitness.  Her favorite exercise to do and teach is the Turkish Get-Up and her favorite thing about being a trainer is helping people reach their goals and find their inner strength.
