Cardio Strength & Conditioning
New! Mondays (beginning 1/5/26) from 12:15 PM - 1:15 PM
AND Tuesdays from 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
This class is designed to blast your cardio fitness and work your muscles in every way possible! Get ready to burn calories and tone up the entire body in this energy-packed, cross training cardio and weight class! All levels are welcome and encouraged to join.

Sign up for a 15 min massage!
Massage appointments will take place in the fitness center every other Thursday from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
All participants must be registered in advance of receiving a chair massage using the scheduling widget below.
Please choose your desired date (on a Thursday that massages are being held) and click "SEARCH" to view available time slots. Available appointments can be seen within 30 days of the current date.
Please only register for one appointment per day. : )

Erica
Hil
Erica has been working as a fitness instructor since 2015 after discovering a love of movement and exercise through martial arts. She now teaches yoga, strength & conditioning, HIIT, rowing, and bootcamp style classes along with working as a personal trainer. An avid hiker, when not teaching you'll likely find Erica enjoying time outdoors in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
