The Active Workplace is excited to have partnered with Wallace Montgomery to offer its employees on-site fitness classes! Give yourself some time to breathe, de-stress, gain strength and flexibility as you are taken through 60-min Vinyasa yoga classes on Mondays from 4:15 - 5:15pm.
Sign up for each class through our Mind Body Online portal below for $20 per class or buy a 8 class package and pay just $12/class.

Fitness Schedule & Events
Beginning on April 23rd, classes will be held on Mondays from 4:15pm - 5:15pm. The new 8-class session package will run from 4/23 - 6/18. No class on Memorial Day (5/28).
To purchase an 8-class package, sign in to your MindBody Online account above, select April 16th , "sign up" and select the 8-class package for $96. Drop-ins are always welcome as well for $20 per class and can be purchased using the same steps and selecting "single class".
**We need AT LEAST TEN people to purchase a package in order to hold the classes. The deadline to register for the package is Friday, February 2nd. Spread the word!**
Meet Your Instructor
500 RYT Yoga Alliance Nationally Certified Instructor
Julie Schueler is a 500 RYT Yoga Alliance Nationally Certified Instructor. She teaches all forms of Yoga from Beginners, Restorative, Chair Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Classic Fundamentals and the extreme Aerial Strength Yoga Classes (Yoga meets TRX on a parachute swing). She is also certified in Group Fitness, Pilates and Ballet Barre.
Julie is a native from Baltimore, Maryland and her entire family resides in Baltimore County. Julie has traveled the country and lived and taught all over the US.
Prior to being Full Time in the Fitness Industry, Julie comes from a day to day 8-5 corporate high stress marketplace and understands the benefits of Yoga and all forms of exercise for all of us and will be bringing us a variety of styles in the Yoga realm to participate in. She has directed her focus to Yoga and Fitness full time and takes pride in helping and teaching others.
