Give yourself some time to breathe, relax, gain strength and flexibility! Join Melanie as she takes you through a vinyasa flow on Tuesdays from 4:30pm - 5:30pm. These classes are for ALL levels. Modifications will be provided for beginners as well as options for more advanced yogis. Please bring your own yoga mat to class.

Meet Your Instructor
Melanie Bernstein (RYT-250) initially became interested in yoga in 2011 for the physical benefits. She left her Director-level job in 2012 to pursue yoga full time and since then has continued to deepen her teaching experience and practice. She teaches a variety of classes- all ranging from dynamic, power, and vinyasa-based to slower yin-restorative based. Her teaching encourages the student to find connection with his or her body and hopes all leave feeling inspired and empowered.
