The Active Workplace is taking workouts to a whole new level with some fun, effective "Mommy and Me" workouts.
Since giving birth to our little girl this past August and working mostly from home, I'm realizing that it's just not as easy to get in workouts when I want to like it was in the past. Even though I have access to a gym that offers childcare it's hard to sneak away, since I want to be able to spend as much quality time with her as possible. The answer?? Workouts that you can do with your baby. Why not have some play time while working on your mom bod and mental state? : )
So I'm giving these videos a whirl in hopes that some of our working moms can find some time to bond with their "co-workers" and keep a healthy mind and body.
