Siemens New York On-site Fitness

The Active Workplace is excited to have partnered with Siemens to offer its employees on-site yoga fitness classes!

Classes are for ALL levels.  Modifications will be provided for beginners as well as options for more advanced athletes.  Sign up for each class by clicking the "register" button on the schedule below!

Sinda Anzovino

Sinda received her BA degree in English from Muhlenberg College. After returning home from travels through the world; she began teaching Vinyasa Yoga in 2000. By 2002 she was certified and teaching prenatal yoga, kids yoga, and postnatal yoga as well. In 2006, she also designed a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Program recognized by Yoga Alliance and began offering 6-month long teacher training. She also designed teacher training programs for Kids Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Toddler & Me Yoga and Mommy & Me Yoga.

Sandra Trusa

Sandra has always lived an active lifestyle from an early age on.  From riding bikes in the neighborhood, to high school basketball, to mountain biking in college, to running (several) marathons, to completing triathlons, and lifting some dumbbells in between.  One day a co-worker suggested trying a CrossFit workout since it would fit my type of fitness level and the rest is history.  Sandra has been doing CrossFit for about 3 years now.  She loved it so much that she went on to become a CrossFit Level 1 trainer!

Sara Martinez

Sara is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She loves to be able to help people become more in tune with their alignment and core strength. With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, she's enjoyed teaching all formats such as HIIT, Total Body Conditioning, Zumba, Pilates Mat, Barre, Aqua Aerobics, and Senior Fitness. She looks forward to meeting you all and sharing a lovely experience in your fitness journey!

Catalin Tudose

• Brown Belt (1st Kyu) in Shotokan Karate achieved at the Matt Jones Karate Academy in Bridgeport, CT - April 1996. Assistant Instructor (Senpai) taught children classes and assisted in adults and high ranking belt level classes.

• Black Belt (1st Dan) in Nippon Karate-Do achieved a the Suzuki Dojo in Yorktown Heights, NY – February 2018. Assistant Instructor (Senpai) assisted in children and adults classes for all level belts (white to black).

​​

• June 2019 to present: Main instructor (Sensei) teaching Introduction to Japanese Traditional Karate at Siemens Healthineers Tarrytown facility.
