The Active Workplace is excited to have partnered with HBG to offer its employees on-site yoga classes. Give yourself some time to breathe, relax, gain strength and flexibility! Join Lacey as she takes you through a 60 min Vinyasa flow! This class is for ALL levels. Modifications will be provided for beginners as well as options for more advanced yogis. Register and buy a seven class package at $15 per class or drop in for $20 using our Mind Body Online portal below!
Class Schedule & Events
The current session will run from November 1st - December 20th on Thursdays from 5-6pm. No class on Thanksgiving.

Please bring your own yoga mat and water to class!

Meet Your Instructor
Lacey is a small-town Midwesterner with British roots who fell in instantly love with yoga in the mountains of Colorado while working as a summer cancer research undergrad intern. At the time, as a NCAA Division I track and cross country runner and Boston marathon qualifier, she was drawn to yoga’s message of “finding your edge” rather than pushing beyond it. She earned her RYT-200 from the New School of Yogic Arts in Boston while completing her Masters of Science degree in Global Health and Population from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. As a Food Literacy Project Fellow at Harvard, Lacey also gained a passion for organizing wellness-inspired, food-themed events and workshops.
Currently, Lacey is a freelance food writer, a lover of vegan baking, and a long-distance running junkie, in addition to being a Boston-based yoga teacher. In Lacey’s classes, expect a heaping dose of nourishing, organic, upbeat Vinyasa flow with an extra helping of mindful intention.
