The Active Workplace x Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School are excited to offer on-site yoga classes!

 

Classes are for ALL levels.

BYOM (Bring your own yoga mat and any desired props!)

Susan loves every aspect of yoga including the teachings, poses, meditations, and expanded awareness. To her, yoga is an integral part of each day. It is a privilege for her to be able to create sequences designed with client needs in mind. Susan hopes to share the focus, peace and happiness that is found in the practice of Yoga.

By day, Alexis Reed (she/her) is a marketing professional in the DC Metro Area. By night, she is a group fitness instructor, yoga teacher, youth volleyball coach, and healthy lifestyle blogger on Flecks of Lex. She hosts The Sweat Fearlessly Podcast and is the Founder of DMV Fitness Fam, a local group that promotes diversity in fitness and the great outdoors. Her philosophy is to “Sweat Fearlessly” – having fun and enjoying fitness without worrying about how you look or what other people may think about you.
